The staff were well-mannered and provided hassle-free arrangements for local travel and other needs. Additionally, the hotel's location in a green area, away from crowded lanes, added to the overall peaceful and beautiful atmosphere.

All was perfect during my stay.

Great mountain views from all the rooms and terrace, which made for a nice background for photos. the spacious and clean rooms were equipped with fresh linens and toiletries, and had adequate storage in cupboards. the friendly staff were always happy to arrange taxis for local travel and permits for local attractions. Best aspects: the budget-friendly rates and fresh and tasty food were a plus. There was ample parking available with their own vehicles, and daily needs shops within walking distance.

The distance to the main road was an inconvenience, but easily manageable with the help of hotel arranged taxis. There were no open areas for children to play in;

The hotel is situated in a great location close to the market and Hadimba temple, and offers a breathtaking view of the snowcapped mountains. the rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with all necessary facilities. Guests can enjoy delicious food and room service is quick and efficient. the staff is friendly, cooperative and arranges vehicles at reasonable prices.

The hotel facilities are good but could be improved with more variety in menu and breakfast options.

The hotel had a great location in a green area near the Manali market and Hidimba temple. The staff were friendly, arranging bikes and cabs whenever I needed them. The cleanliness was impressive, and the hotel facilities were excellent, with spacious and clean rooms and a good breakfast.

Nothing to dislike.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The view from the restaurant on the top floor was definitely a highlight, with stunning snow-capped mountains and pine trees in sight. The location was also perfect, away from the noisy city but still convenient enough to access. the hotel staff were very welcoming and approachable, making us feel at home during our stay.

While our overall experience was positive, we did notice a few areas for improvement. The room service was a bit slow, and the towels were not changed without requesting them.
